Well, the year is a little over two thirds over, and no way to get any of it back. And that’s ok, cause I don’t want any of it back. It’s been an interesting year to say the least. In January, it was my one-year anniversary to be on my own. April was my fathers 60th birthday and what a party that was!!! The power point presentation was great and so where the speeches and the singing. May brought me a new job that I am enjoying and loving. July was my 11th year with the Calgary Stampede. And August was my grandmothers second year and my grandfathers first year away from us. I do miss them both very much. I know that they are looking down on us.

September brings many changes to my life again. I have decided that it is time to move out of this little apartment downtown. A few friends have offered me a room in their home and I have accepted the offer. I think it will be a little closer to work and way closer to mom and dads. Now, I just have to learn on how to get to the house as I always get lost getting there!!! :( I can’t always call them and ask then for directions now, can I?

So the big move will be made in the middle of October and I’m a bit nervous and a lot excited about it all at the same time!!! I’ve only ever lived with my parents or with this roommate. So now, I’ll be living with two people and sharing a whole house instead of just the kitchen and the bathroom this time. (As a side note, as of the first of October, I will only be using my cell phone and not the landline until I move into the new place.)

November is my mom’s birthday, not sure yet what we are doing. And December is both Gaurav’s and my birthday as well. By the way, my party is going to be on December the 16th. So I do not want any excuses from any of you for not being there!!!!!! I’ve given you all amply notice (four months to be exact!!!) As for what we are doing that day, that is still up in the air. If any of you know that you WILL be there on the said mentioned day, you should either email me or call me.
